🌍 Where Do We Ship?
We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. No matter where you are, we’ll get your order to you as quickly as possible!
📦 Shipping Rates & Options
🔹 Flat Fee Shipping
✅ $7.99 USD worldwide shipping – Order as many eligible items as you like and only pay one flat rate.
✅ Products with the Flat Fee logo qualify for this rate.
✅ Additional charges may apply for remote or rural areas.
🔹 Standard Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
💡 If your cart contains both Flat Fee and Standard Shipping items, the higher shipping rate will apply.
🔹 Bulky Items
For larger items, shipping costs vary based on:

🚪 Shipping covers delivery to the front door or ground floor. Requests for additional delivery assistance must be approved before ordering and are not guaranteed.
💡 If you have multiple bulky items, shipping will be calculated separately for each product.
🔹 Shipping Promotions
🚀 Occasionally, some products may have Free Shipping or discounted shipping rates (e.g., "$1 Shipping").
💡 If you order both a discounted shipping item and a standard shipping item, the higher rate will apply.
⏳ Estimated Delivery Times
📌 Orders are shipped from Shanghai, China and typically arrive within 5-15 business days.
📌 The estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout.
📌 If you order multiple products from different warehouses, your order may arrive in separate shipments with different delivery times.
🚨 Delays may occur due to customs processing, holidays, or factors beyond our control. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you via email.
⚡ Priority Processing
🚀 Need your order shipped ASAP? For an extra $3 USD, orders placed before 1PM (Shanghai Time) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM will be processed on the next business day.
📌 Priority processing only applies to in-stock items and does not affect actual shipping speed.
🛃 Customs & Import Fees
For orders over $1,000 USD, your country’s customs may apply duties or taxes.
💡 If applicable, you will be notified before your order is shipped. You can either:
✅ Accept the charges and pay customs directly.
❌ Decline the charges, and we will cancel & refund your order.
🚨 We are not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
🌙 Evening Express Delivery (Limited Areas)
📌 Available in select regions for an additional $8 USD
📌 Delivery between 6PM - 9PM (local time)
✅ Cutoff Times:
- Shanghai: Order by 2:30PM for same-day delivery
- Other major cities: Order by 9:30AM for same-day delivery
📌 Not available for:
❌ Dangerous goods (e.g., perfumes)
❌ Oversized items
❌ Out-of-stock & pre-order items
